Team Wellness serves as a resource for information on various health issues, provides programs and services to individuals and groups, and contributes to the development of a more healthy and caring community.

The Affiliates of Team Wellness offer state-of-the–art facilities consisting of a resource room, conference room, computer lab, two counseling rooms, a reading room, staff offices, a martial arts dojo/fitness room, and a separate private personal training gym.
