You may request Educational / Training consultation to supplement your own organization’s knowledge and skills set.  Included are workshops, training labs, seminars, and supervision. Examples may include a communication skills seminar or a stress management seminar.

Program Consultation

Program consultation assists your organization with efficiently planning, successfully implementing, and effectively evaluating your programs.  We are able to collaborate with you to assess the needs of your target group, set goals, design the program, supervise the implementation and evaluate the program’s service execution and delivery.

Organizational Consultation

Organizational consultation assesses and improves interpersonal and group functioning within organizations.  We may serve as a facilitator to focus on the following such areas:
